Rao Deli Vietnamese baguettes are freshly baked every morning using our own recipe giving each baguette crispy soft crust on the outside and fluffy white bread inside. The base of the baguette is Vietnamese pickles and traditional salad dressing.

There are three filling options to choose from: Sài Gòn BBQ pork, tender-grilled chicken and homemade mum's tofu.

The stock of our Phở is made from authentic ingredients and spices, simmered for 20 hours with beef shank and beef knuckle bones rich in minerals, protein and components of a healthy body.

The noodles are made just right to give them the right texture that goes well with the stock and the mixture of beef flank, beef shin and beef brisket meat.
